How long does delivery take?
Most orders are dispatched within 2-3 business days and delivered in 7-8 business days, depending on your location. You'll get tracking details by [email/WhatsApp/SMS] once your order ships.

Do you deliver across India?

Are your cushion covers and sofa covers handcrafted?
Our collection includes handcrafted and embroidered pieces made with the help of Indian artisans, in boho, floral and tropical-inspired designs. Each product page lists its fabric and finish.

What fabric are your cushion covers made of?
Most of our cushion covers are made of [cotton / cotton blend]. The exact material is listed on each product page.

What sizes do your cushion covers come in?
Our cushion covers are available in [16×16 Inches]. Check the size on each product page, and note that the cover fits an insert of the same size or slightly larger for a fuller look.

Do cushion covers come with the filler or insert?

Returns and support

What is your return and refund policy?
Products are not eligible for return once sold and delivered, except in cases where the product delivered is damaged upon arrival at the customer's premises which should be confirmed with opening video of product within 24 hours of product delivery. See our full Return and Refund Policy.

What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
Please email or WhatsApp us within [24 hours] of delivery with your order number and photos and opening video of product , and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
